Official protocols for CAB recruitment — Plaza Connect & Direct Messaging

Recruitment Quota All recruiters are expected to bring in a minimum of one recruit per two months. This is a soft baseline — not a punishment threshold — but consistent inactivity may affect your recruiter standing.

Section 1

Setting Up Your Booth

Before hitting the Plaza, make sure your avatar and booth are kitted out correctly. Use the asset IDs below to build your booth.

Appearance Rule Skin and face must remain untouched — natural skin and default smile if not already customised. Greens uniform is preferred; beret is also preferred. Look your best and present like a professional.

Section 2

Working the Plaza

Attend & Stand Your Ground

Show up in full uniform. If chat is enabled and someone approaches with questions, feel free to answer. Otherwise stand around and look swag — the vanity invite on the booth does the heavy lifting.

Handle the Chat Restriction

The Roblox chat update has limited in-game chat. If you don't own the image board upgrade on your booth, you may need to purchase a sign or find another way to make the booth functional. Ask Fern for a subdivision if you need one for rallies or recruitment events.

Log Your Recruits

DM recruiting is currently easier to log than GRP. Track who you bring in — exact method TBD. Hours spent in-game may also be factored in. Share ideas with Sammy or Fern.

DM Recruiting Rules

One Division Per Person

Only one CAB division should DM any individual recruit. Check the emoji reactions in #🔴join-log before you DM — this marks who is claiming that person. The system exists because Ehrenwache used to DM the same person multiple times.

Pick Your Targets Carefully

Focus on players who would be a good fit for CAB based on their avatar. Plane, ship, and tank pfps are your primary targets. Don't ignore someone purely because they don't look like a vehicle enthusiast — use judgement. If someone has an Ehrenwache emoji, it's still fine to DM if EW hasn't claimed them first.

Avoid Poaching Ehrenwache Leads

If someone looks like they'd be better suited for Ehrenwache (infantry / napoleonic aesthetic), leave them for EW. In short: take everyone who isn't already claimed by Ehrenwache.

⚠ Safety Protocol If a recruit DMs you back with something suspicious — e.g. "Seig Hiel" or "I'm running a pred investigation" — or anything that feels off, stop engaging and immediately DM a recruitment officer. We will sort it out. This protocol exists because of recent real events.

Tip — Logging DM logging is currently easier than GRP logging. Keep a note of who you've contacted and the outcome. If you have a better tracking idea, bring it to Sammy or Fern.

Inter-Division

Joint Recruitment Guidelines — CAB & Ehrenwache

As both Ehrenwache and CAB maintain active recruitment departments, this channel exists to coordinate our efforts. Its purpose is to establish shared rules, exchange tips, and post alerts when a surge of diplomats from a specific community is expected ahead of an event.

Section 1

General Rules

Do not recruit members who are already in another division, unless they have expressed interest in switching
Do not discourage Legionary Vostannia members from joining any division — keep the legion welcoming
Do not recruit members with the Diplomat role, or those who appear to be diplomats

Section 2

CAB-Specific Rules

Do not recruit members with NW-style profile pictures
Do not recruit members from NW, Waterloo at Home, MoW, or ACS-related communities
Do not recruit members who are in NMC, or who are Korean
