1. Acceptance
By using any of @russiancatmaid's bots in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Bot
The Bot is provided for use within Discord servers affiliated with the Combined Arms Battalion. You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purposes and in compliance with:
- Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- All applicable local, national, and international laws
- Any rules set by the server in which the Bot is deployed
- These Terms of Use
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Bot to:
- Spam, flood, or otherwise disrupt normal Bot operation
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through Bot interactions
- Automate interactions in ways not intended by the Bot's design
- Use the Bot for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Bot may go offline, misbehave, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot. This includes but is not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or any other issues.
6. Access and Termination
I reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate removal from affiliated servers.
7. Changes to These Terms
I may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
